Care More Cleaning was founded in 1998 to provide people and businesses the best cleaning services possible. The company name was chosen to reflect our philosophy of caring more about you and your home or office. The founder, Carmen Huaman, has built this company on the principles of quality and integrity.

Environment and Pet Friendly

We care about the health of your family and pets and we care about keeping the environment safe from harsh chemicals. We are always looking for ways to go greener and improve our services.

We use Daycon Green Seal Certified Products. Choosing products that have the lowest negative impact on the environment is good for everyone. Daycon’s green products are not only just as effective and cost competitive as their non-green counterparts, they also help to protect the health of your family, employees and building occupants. Daycon manufactures 15 Green Seal Certified® chemicals.

We are fully bonded and insured, which means you can have peace of mind when you hire us as your residential cleaning company. Helping our customers feel confident in our services is very important to us, which is why we're committed to taking every step necessary to make sure they feel good about choosing CareMore.

Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of our cleaning service, please call us within 24 hours and we would dispatch a Supervisor to address the areas in question. Please note, it is not possible to issue refunds due to the potential for abuse hence we would make sure you are satisfied with the job we were hired to do in the first place. 456

Office hours

Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm 

Cleaning hours

Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm

Saturday service is limited and available upon request.

Payment policy

Payment is due at time of service. A $25.00 fee is applied to all returned checks 

Note: There is a $25 charge for payments received more than seven days after the date of service. 

Method of payment

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, check and PayPal.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your cleaning, however we do require a 24-hour rescheduling notice.
We charge a $50 fee for rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice. 

Estimated arrival time

We require a three to four-hour window of arrival 

Holidays and office closings

Our office is closed and there will be no cleanings scheduled on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Note: CareMore Cleaning Solutions works on many federal holidays. You can expect our arrival if your cleaning date falls on a holiday other than those above. 

Entry to your home or office


For recurring service, we prefer to have a key to your home or office or be able to obtain a key from your building’s reception desk. If you prefer to be present during the cleaning, please remember that we require a three to four -hour window of arrival. For all other cleaning services, we will make arrangements for entry with you based upon our arrival window.

Valuables

Please safely secure valuable items and collectibles prior to cleanings. Large and Heavy Items. For safety, and reasons outlined in our liability insurance policy in effect, our Cleaning Specialists are not allowed to lift or move heavy items or furniture (exceeding 20 pounds). They are also not allowed to extend in excess of the height of 2 steps on a step-ladder.

Claims

In the event of accidental damage or missing item(s), notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment so we can start the claims process. Care More Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to contract suitable professionals to repair damages, and will make payment arrangements directly to its contractors to settle any repairs. We take all claims very seriously, and do require a police report for any claim of theft as described in our claim document.

Employee Referral Fee

Should you wish to hire a present or past Care More Cleaning Solutions staff member for any home-related service outside of your agreement with us, our referral fee is $2,500. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from Care More Cleaning Solutions. If the fee is not paid,  Care More Cleaning Solutions reserve the right to pursue legal means of collection.
